The Minnesota-based chain Brito's Burrito has opened a new location in Roseville! The Grand Opening was this past weekend and neighbors lined up to try their fare and welcome them to the neighborhood.
Where is it located?
Brito’s Burrito in Roseville is located at 1757 Lexington Ave, across the street from Mavericks and Sprinkles, in the same little strip mall as Tii Cup.
What kind of food do they offer?
They sell burritos made with fresh tortillas. They also have tacos and burrito bowls. All made to order.
What did you order?
We ordered a burrito to share. They are massive—they stuff them so full it’s amazing that the fresh tortilla can hold everything together! We got carnitas, queso AND shredded cheese, corn, pico de gallo, black beans, Spanish rice…the works!
What did you like about it?
There is a lot to like about Brito’s! The fresh tortillas are amazing—they are made fresh on the spot. They almost melt in your mouth. They’re kind of tender but they don’t rip—and they pack them full. We really can’t emphasize enough how awesome these tortillas are. It’s such a great value too, for how much you get. For us one burrito is good to split, or maybe we could each get one and have lunch tomorrow.
What's the experience like in the restaurant?
At the restaurant you order at the counter and watch them make it fresh, picking and choosing the ingredients you want. It’s perfect for taking to go, but there are also a few tables and a counter to sit at. They offer beverages (we got a Jarritos). They also have chips and guacamole for order as well.

Who owns it?
Brito’s is owned by Manuel and Luis Brito. They opened their first Brito’s in 2022 and this is their eighth location. We first tried their burritos earlier this year at the Circle Pines location. When we heard they were coming to Roseville, we were thrilled!

What should the community know before they go?
It’s a familiar fast-casual set up, like a Subway or Chipotle. You just point to the ingredients you want and they add them. Both locations we’ve been to were set up the same. The ingredients are really fresh. You can watch them press then heat the tortilla. They offer three kinds of rice, a couple kinds of beans, several meats. The combinations are endless to get exactly what you want.
There’s no reason not to give them a try! The food is delicious and the prices are great.
