Neighbors from across Roseville stood out in frigid temps on Friday, Jan. 23 to demonstrate on sidewalks and street corners as part of the "ICE Out" effort to voice their opposition to ICE and express solidarity with immigrants.

The demonstrations were decentralized and scattered across the city and surrounding area, occurring at various times between morning and evening. Some stood alone or with just one other person. Other groups had several people together. Still others contained several dozen. The temperature in Roseville started around -20° F in the morning and rose to -9° F in the afternoon.

Below is a series of photos of neighbors peacefully protesting around the city.

B and would like to thank all the people who drove by and gave us hand warmers, coffee, hot tea, a donut, and encouragement through honking and cheering.
