There’s a new community space in town!

The Mezz at Lunds & Byerlys in Roseville offers a casual atmosphere with plenty of seating. Work on your computer, hang out with friends, grab a coffee from Caribou, enjoy ready-made food from the deli counter, or sip a wine or beer.

Opened in 2025, The Mezz is also available to reserve. In addition to the ample seating, amenities include a fireplace, bathrooms, and a sliding glass partition for privacy. Accessible from outside or directly from the store, this go-to spot has hosted everything from work meetings to retirement parties to game nights.

There is live music on occasion, and if you’re really lucky, Gerry will be behind the bar serving up smiles while pouring your beer. This isn’t a taproom like some other Lunds & Byerlys locations, but a selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks is available.

The Mezz is located at 1601 W County Road C. Current hours are 2-8 p.m., changing to 3-9 p.m. in mid-May.

You Me Food Review We are just a couple of regular people who like to eat, meet chefs, and talk about what we’re tasting! Even though we can’t tell the difference between basic spices or cooking styles - we’re clear about what we Do and Don’t enjoy eating! We’re not foodies, we’re hardly professional, but
