A new interactive, entertainment venue opened Dec. 15 at Rosedale Mall. According to Bring Me The News:

"The challenge-room experience is set up for teams of two-to-four people, who can participate in more than 40 distinct games, including a basketball shooting competition, a table maze, and other interactive and brightly-colored challenges."

There are also party rooms and you can order food and drinks here.


Ville City Pizza

Owners of Ville City Pizza

Ville City Pizza Co. opened inside of the Roseville VFW in June 2025. They serve New York-inspired pizza and house made mozzarella sticks that all the food influencers are raving about.

The Goddard School

Paris Baguette just opened in December! The South Korea-based bakery chain has a location in Maple Grove too. Here's what their website has to say:

Second Paris Baguette location opens in the Twin Cities
The second Twin Cities location of South Korea-based Paris Baguette opened its doors in Roseville this week.

Kids Empire

Kids Empire is an indoor playground venue opening in December in Roseville! Climb, slide, spin, and more at this indoor play facility. The venue advertises itself as a birthday party destination too.


Skechers

Rosedale Marketplace

Sketchers shoe store opened a store at Rosedale Marketplace in November.


Poke House & Tea Bar

1694 Lexington Ave N, Roseville
Type of Business: Restaurant

Serving fresh-made poke bowls, boba tea, and mochi donuts. This fast-casual shop opened up in May 2025. It's located in the same strip as Keys Cafe and the St. Paul Bagelry. Poke House also has locations in Saint Paul and Plymouth.


Sprinkles

Type of Business: Soft serve ice cream & cold treats

Sprinkles opened in the former Lexington Plaza Dairy Queen building in June 2025 with a lot of media attention and enthusiasm from the community. It's closed now for the winter, but the neighborhood will be lining up again for ice cream in the spring!

  • Marshalls moved from HarMar Mall to Rosedale Marketplace: 2439 Fairview Ave. N
  • Golf Galaxy moved from Cleveland Ave to Rosedale Marketplace next to Marshalls. Both retailers are in the former Hobby Lobby space.
  • HomeGoods moved from HarMar Mall to Rosedale Commons: 2480 Fairview Ave (former Bed, Bath, & Beyond space)
  • Burger Dive moved from inside the Potluck Food Hall to its own space between Potluck and AMC Theater at Rosedale

Minneapolis-based Hyde Development is planning to redevelop the last 12.5 parcel of the Twin Lakes development area. The site will be developed into a 152,250-square-foot light industrial tech building for Twin Lakes Technology, according to the Pioneer Press.
