Blastoff Play Park coming to former Cadillac dealership
What is this new indoor playground?
The former Luther Cadillac dealership in Roseville is in the process of being renovated for an indoor playground.
An interior demolition permit was issued in January and a banner announcing the indoor playground appeared in March. According to the construction permit request, the indoor playground will be called Blastoff Play Park and is estimated to be opening this summer.
The venue will include an indoor playground, arcade, restaurant, and bar, according to Roseville's Development Activity Report.
"The user reached out a few times to inquire about whether the use would be permitted under zoning, which it is, but didn’t provide too many other details," Janice Gundlach, Roseville's community development director, said in an email.
The building is located at 2325 Prior Ave, in between Motel 6 and Red Lobster. The Luther Cadillac dealership moved from Roseville to Vadnais Heights in 2023 and the building has been vacant ever since.
